Return & Exchange Policy
FIXT Music will honor returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date we ship the items.

Exchanges:
Send the items you would like to exchange back to us along with the original invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your records. Be sure to include a note with your phone number, a brief summary as to why you are exchanging this merchandise (ex: too big, etc..). Exchanges will be subject to additional shipping charges. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been washed or worn.

Returns:
As long as the items are in their original condition and returned within 30 days, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item. (we do not refund shipping charges). Please include your order number in your email. Returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee of the cost of the item.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise?:
Please contact us via email: merch@fixtmusic.com, or via telephone: 319.208.7805 if you notice a problem with your merchandise or if you feel there might have been a shipping error. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to correct the problem at hand.

Domestic Shipping Times:
Most in stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days to arrive.

International Shipping Times:
For international orders, most in stock items ship within 1 week and usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please be careful to put the exact delivery address on the ship to information in order to avoid delays in delivery. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. FIXT Music is not responsible for taxes and customs charges, please check your countries policies.

Back Orders:
Although we make efforts to avoid them, occasionally we run into situations where items become unavailable on back order. FIXT Music will attempt to get the items, however if the time period is judged to be too long we reserve the right to cancel the item and notify you. If we cancel an item off an order which contains additional items which are in stock we will ship the available items and adjust your shipping charge accordingly.

International Orders over $100:
Due to security reasons, all international orders over $100 will be required to fax/scan a copy of their credit card or driver's license to confirm your order. You will be contacted via the e-mail address you submit your order under. If you refuse to provide the required information your order will be cancelled.
